The project at 42–44 Beak Street involved tiling works across a high-end office and retail space, covering areas from the basement to the 5th floor. Works included waterproofing, wall and floor tiling to showers and WCs and floor tiling to the reception.

Working closely with Whitepaperco challenges associated with the building’s age, such as uneven floor levels and varied backgrounds were successfully resolved to achieve the required high-quality finish.

The most notable area was the reception floor, finished in a bespoke basket weave mosaic with border. Overcoming theses issues with levels, backgrounds and setting out resulted in an exceptional final finish.
